The building offers its tenants a ‘next generation work environment’, complete with a penthouse lounge, rooftop sky deck, bike room, fitness center, and retail. The newly completed mixed-use building has achieved Wired Score Platinum, LEED Platinum, and WELL certifications. The sophisticated and comfortable showroom, developed by CBRE Design, explores new ways to work.
