Scandinavian Spaces - The Annorlunda Artisan NeoCon 2022 - design outside the lines

Yarn entangles nature and design. Designed from the heart and crafted by the hand, the guest and dining chair brings humanity back into furniture. Environmental impact and sustainability were central to the materials used to create Yarn.

Scandinavian Spaces NeoCon 2022 showroom, centered around the annorlunda artisan, will encourage creatives to design outside the lines. Attributing to the brand's Scandinavian heritage, annorlunda, pronounced ann-or-loon-da, is the Swedish word for different. At NeoCon, taking place June 13-15 at TheMart, the showroom revamp was designed to inspire creativity through the power of art. With daring color combinations and new product introductions peppered across the space, expect the unexpected from the brand curated for the like-minded creative.

Color will spill out of the showroom and into one's creative core. Hues that embrace personality are paired with dependable neutrals, as funky, avant-garde vibes pulse through the gallery-inspired space. Familiar shades such as blue-gray and cherry red are artfully paired with zesty orange to harness energy and boost confidence. Cheeky pink, uplifting and bright, coupled with multiple shades of lush green, will provide tranquility and evoke peace.

Product highlights include furniture that embodies the very essence of art. Spino - the modular sofa system that is fluid in form and artful in function - will be a welcome statement to greet show attendees at the entrance. Edginess with a modern flair, the slender curved angles of Spino effortlessly balance comfort and sophistication. Yarn, a guest and dining chair that entangles nature and design, is also set to make its anticipated debut at the show's opening. The mod physique and minimalist frame highlight the intricate, hand-braided chair back detail crafted from hemp strings. Yarn's padded upholstered seat and back cushions appear as if they are floating when paired with its striking recycled steel frame.
