Lauren Rottet’s new introductions for Haworth Collection’s Lyda Sofa and Larkin Table highlight innovative design

Lauren Rottet, FAIA, FIIDA, internationally celebrated architect, designer and president/founding principal of Rottet Studio, continues her partnership with global furniture brand Haworth, Inc. with the official launch of the Lyda™ Modular Sofa Collection and Larkin™ Personal Laptop Table for Haworth Collection. Suitable for high-impression and social spaces in commercial and hospitality environments, the Lyda™ is available in a range of styles and a choice of sizes and forms. It offers flexibility to create multiple configurations of exceptionally comfortable lounge seating. The Larkin™ Personal Laptop table is a sophisticated, yet portable surface when the need arises.

Manufactured in the United States utilizing traditional construction techniques, the elevated Lyda gives the appearance of floating off the floor. The new range includes a Lounge Chair, Two-Seat Sofa, Three-Seat Sofa, as well as Corner and Curved Lounge units, available with one, two or no arms. Each can be configured separately and is offered in a choice of textiles and finishes. Options available include storage drawers with USB access, undermount power, an adjacent bench and additional accent pieces. The three-seater encourages casual meetups, while combined groupings of two-seater units offer a more intimate interaction.

Rottet created the compatible Larkin Personal Laptop Table to work in tandem with the sofa system, providing an additional work surface or a place to enjoy a beverage. The metal base is offered in a range of colors while the solid wood top surface offers a selection of stain and paint on wood finishes.
