Treefrog, the “made in Italy, stocked in USA” prefinished real wood veneer, recently expanded its collection of popular, on-trend white oak veneers to 10, offering design professionals more choices when specifying white oak for interior spaces.

The white oak variations start with veneer tone. For example, there are several cooler, desaturated European wood tones and even more warming, yellower “American” white oaks. In between there are more natural golden oak tones too.
There are white oak structural differences too, meaning straight grains, crowns, and varying wood grain options. Straight grains are popular because they can be easily used for panels and cabinet fronts, whereas crowns offer more wood grain “structure” that needs to be matched up more carefully.
