Studio TK Presents Ora Meeting and Café Tables

Design for Studio TK by Jeff Miller, Ora meeting and café tables create inviting spaces for casual collaboration and social connection in the workplace. By fostering interactions among co-workers, these tables help strengthen team dynamics and cultivate a sense of belonging. The name Ora (meaning "an hour") reflects the complementary designs, which unify the environment while offering unique applications suitable for different office areas.

“One of the keys to designing inclusive spaces where we can all belong is by offering variety,” says Koorosh Sharghi, President of Studio TK. “Ora is highly customizable while allowing for a unified aesthetic. The tables inspire employees to express themselves through the freedom of choice, which we believe will create nurturing workplaces that welcome culture and community.”

Ora provides a comfortable and refined solution that encourages personal interactions and longer stays. The table stimulates innovation and is ideal for collaboration spaces, breakout areas, departmental gathering points, executive office multifunctional zones, and casual dining. The volumetric-style base is tapered in the center like Minuta, and can feature mixed-and-matched upper and lower components made from durable polymer or fully upholstered sections, which soften its appearance and help absorb sound. Work surfaces come in five height options and are available in round, square, or rectangular shapes, crafted from durable high-pressure laminate or wood veneer, featuring soft corners and a knife-edge design.

For added functionality, an optional power solution discreetly routes cords through the base of Ora, ensuring a clean and organized aesthetic.
