Sedia Systems is announcing a new graded-in program with Kvadrat. This program offers architects and designers innovative, high-quality textile options for education, corporate, healthcare, government and hospitality environments.
This initiative allows clients to seamlessly specify Kvadrat’s premium textiles on Sedia Systems’ range of fixed seating products, and was designed to enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of lecture halls and auditoriums, addressing the sophisticated needs of modern spaces.
Both Sedia Systems and Kvadrat are recognized for their commitment to design innovation and excellence. This program leverages the companies’ shared vision and expertise, ensuring a collaborative approach that benefits each project. By integrating Kvadrat’s textiles with Sedia Systems’ seating solutions, clients can experience a superior level of customization and quality.
"We are thrilled to partner with Kvadrat, a company that shares our passion for contemporary design and innovation," said Wilson Troup, CEO of Sedia Systems. "This will provide our clients with unparalleled access to the finest textiles, enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our seating solutions."
The goal is to set new standards in the design of learning and performance spaces, providing an expanded range of options that support both comfort and style. The initial Kvadrat offering includes eight textiles, ranging from grades 2 through 8, in 277 colorways. There are three recycled polyester textiles, four wool blends and a knitted textile in the offering, designed for the Danish firm by such luminaries as Patricia Urquiola, Nanna Ditzel, Louise Sigvardt, Giulio Ridolfo, Franz Dijkmeijer and Teruhiro Yanagihara.
