3form Elements is excited to expand their innovative acoustic solutions with the introduction of a new, high-resolution printing capability. Debuting with a dynamic array of patterns for their Hush Clad product line, the advancement unlocks opportunities for designers to merge high-impact visuals with superior acoustic performance.
Using state-of-the-art technology and water-based ink, 3form Elements can print intricate patterns on Sola Felt, the 50% post-consumer recycled PET material used for the company’s Hush Clad line. To demonstrate the fidelity of their new printing capability, 3form Elements has released a suite of patterns, including four elegant woodgrains, five ethereal gradients (Early Twilight, Summer Sunset, Autumn, Ocean Wave, and Desert Sky), and two stone patterns (Marble and Quartz), showcasing the ability to fade seamlessly between colors and execute intricate designs with fine lines.
This release also includes offerings that combine printed patterns with bevel cuts, which reveal the base Sola Felt color for added dimension. The Leafy Greens pattern features a leaf motif in a stepped gradient of green, while Net Stretch Colored Tiles presents a mosaic of random-hued rectangles. Deco Warm and Deco Cool showcase red and blue stepped gradients in an art deco–inspired arch pattern. The woodgrain patterns are paired with vertical and horizontal cut patterns in varying widths to mimic the texture of real wood paneling. Deco Arches, available in seven vibrant colors, feature stepped gradients cut to arch shapes. Finally, Swell Ocean Wave Gradient combines the Ocean Wave Gradient pattern with the Swell bevel cut design.
These new patterns and offerings are designed to spark creativity, empowering designers to explore 3form Elements’ cutting and printing capabilities to achieve their unique design visions. Beyond the ready-made combinations, designers can harness 3form Elements’ printing and cutting capabilities and the 22 standard Sola Felt colors to create custom designs—from branding moments to wayfinding solutions.

Ideal for modern offices, hospitality venues, conference spaces, retail environments, and restaurants, these panels offer both effective sound dampening and eye-catching design. Each 44” x 96” Hush Clad panel offers a .35 NRC-rated surface and is a Declare Label Red List Free product with a Greenguard Gold Indoor Air Quality Certification.
