PurOptima announces the launch of Revolution 54 Plus in the U.S. Revolution 54 Plus is a unique, high-performance glass wall system that is available in both single- or double-glazed options and can quickly and easily be adapted from one to another. The excellent acoustic performance, aesthetic appeal, and adaptability of Revolution 54 Plus glass walls make it one of our most popular systems. Available in single- or double-glazed options within a 2” profile, Revolution 54 Plus offers the narrowest system on the market. This unique design characteristic provides a streamlined appearance while delivering impressive acoustic performance. This striking system can also be offset or centered, to suit our client’s desired aesthetic.
This system integrates seamlessly with generic drywall with the use of our aluminum tapeable glazing bar, making it an ideal solution for glazed fins or clerestory glazing, where acoustic performance and design aesthetics cannot be compromised. This visually striking, high-performance glass wall is manufactured with the lowest embodied carbon aluminum, Hydro CIRCAL. Renowned for being made with a minimum of 75% post-consumer recycled content, Hydro CIRCAL aluminum significantly reduces the carbon footprint of our glass wall solutions. Revolution 54 Plus is also available with our slimline aluminum Shoreditch Edition framework, which is applied to the glass, giving it the dramatic effect of cutting through the glass while still maintaining outstanding acoustic performance. This unique feature adds a rustic yet sleek aesthetic to the system, allowing specifiers to customize their design without impacting the performance of the glass wall.
Demountable Glass Walls: Completely adaptable, Revolution 54 Plus glass walls mean this unique glass wall can be easily adapted between single- or double-glazed systems to accommodate our client's changing design requirements. Modular in nature, all our glass walls are fully reusable, including Revolution 54 Plus. We can safely demount, relocate, and reinstall this glass wall solution time after time, offering clients a smart way to reuse our systems and extend the product lifecycle by utilizing the circular economy.
Acoustic Performance: Can achieve up to 48 (STC) with 2 layer of 12.8mm thick Acoustic Laminate glass (Double Glazed) and up to Rw38dB with 1 layer of 12.8mm thick Acoustic Laminate glass (Single Glazed). All of our glass wall partitioning products are fully tested and certified by third-party assessors to offer ground-breaking acoustic ratings. Deflection: The incorporation of extruded aluminum deflection heads makes the system an ideal solution for modern office buildings, where high levels of deflection are common. Both inner and outer deflection heads are available, to suit your design intent, and can accommodate up to +/-25mm or +/-40mm deflection. If there is no deflection required, a simple 25mm extruded aluminum head channel is all that is required.
The aluminum base channel can either be 25mm or 50mm deep, depending on how minimal you want the perimeter framing to be. Where deflection is required, the base channel is 36mm wide to align with the deflection head channel, but if there is no deflection the base channel is just 25mm wide.
Revolution 54 can accommodate glass panels up to 1500mm wide, subject to height, configuration, and site logistics.

Sustainable: PurOptima has introduced Hydro CIRCAL aluminum across all its glass and aluminum wall partitions and doors. Hydro CIRCAL is a new brand of sustainable aluminum, made with a minimum of 75% recycled post-consumer scrap, which minimizes the carbon footprint of the products in which it’s used and makes it a significantly more sustainable option than all other aluminum products currently on the market. Recycling aluminum requires just 5% of the energy needed to produce primary aluminum, drastically reducing the amount of energy required. This benefit is then passed onto PurOptima’s glass partitions and doors, greatly reducing their embodied carbon, reflecting the company’s ongoing aim to become a low-emission partitions manufacturer. Furthermore, Hydro CIRCAL’s arrival also demonstrates its commitment to circular economic principles, which sits at the heart of PurOptima’s business model. It’s another key milestone in their journey towards sustainable development and reducing their carbon footprint to zero. Fully traceable and independently third-party certified, it’s a game-changer for the PurOptima product portfolio.
