Fräsch, specializing in innovative and functional acoustical solutions, is excited to share STRATAWOOD—an award-winning acoustic panel system with linear wood slats boasting appealing aesthetics, acoustic function, and easy installation.
“We founded Fräsch on the belief that creating healthy and beautiful office environments leads to a happier and more motivated workforce,” states Slavi Younger, co-founder of Fräsch. “STRATAWOOD was developed to meet these goals, combining the high-performing acoustical capabilities of PET felt with the natural and welcoming aesthetic of wood.”
STRATAWOOD comes in four wood-grain options with a True Black PET backing and allows for a linear design that can carry from ceiling to wall. Installation is a snap: it comes ready to glue or screw onto any existing ceiling or wall. Panels screw directly on studs and the screws fit directly between slats. Alternatively, STRATAWOOD can be cut to fit into a T-Grid similar to a typical dropped ceiling tile.
One-hundred percent recyclable, STRATAWOOD is made of 100-percent PET that utilizes 55-percent post-consumer recycled content in addition to MDF and wood veneer available in multiple standard and exotic design options. It has low VOCs, is CARB-approved TPC, and is FSC Chain of Custody Certified.
STRATAWOOD has won the Interior Design HiP award, Architectural Record Products of the Year award, and was an Interior Design Beat of Year award finalist.
