Due to customer demand, Bjelin has released Medium-sized panels of hardened wood flooring in the US. Empowered by ground-breaking technologies, these Scandinavian-designed floors are developed and manufactured in Europe, sourcing premium, quality wood from the forests of Croatia.
Bjelin released its latest 3.0 range earlier this year, with updated colors and technologies, and small half-size panels. The new size Medium, measuring 6” x 79”, sits between size Small and the wide XL and XXL planks, creating more flexibility for commercial projects.
“We believe in the ability to adapt and optimize space,” said Hannes Lindblom, Sales & Marketing Director at Bjelin. “Our new sizes maximize the use of wood and limit waste, so the smaller size panels reflect our commitment to efficiency, flexibility and sustainability.”
Size Medium is available in a commercial matte finish, which is Bjelin’s best lacquer to date. The extremely durable surface makes the floor easy to maintain while protecting it from stains, making it ideal for heavy-traffic areas like hotels, restaurants, offices and shops.
Equipped with the leakproof 5G® Dry™ floor-locking system, these floors are quick and easy to install while eliminating the need for glue, nails and sealants. Watertight joints also prevent water from seeping through the seams and damaging the subfloor.
Bjelin’s popular hardened wood floors incorporate the patented Woodura® technology, a high-quality solution to produce 100% real wood floors that are three times stronger and dent-resistant. The technology also allows for ten times more product to be produced from each log. The technologies featuring into Bjelin’s floors are developed in-house by sister company Välinge Innovation.
