Móz Designs has introduced six new colorways to their popular Patinas Collection, meticulously crafted to capture the spirit of America's national parks and the timeless allure of weathered steel.
Drawing inspiration from the landscapes of our nation's most treasured parks, including Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, and Olympic National Park, the new colorways capture nature's raw beauty and elegance. Available in hues of blue steel, vibrant corten, muted green, aged concrete, and rubbed bronze, the new Patinas offer designers an aesthetic that typically takes years of combating the elements to achieve.
“We crafted each piece to capture the essence of nature's own artistry. The color palette, a symphony of earth tones and celestial hues, reflects the unique character of each national park.,” says Dzoanna Pavulina, Designer at Móz Designs.
The solid core aluminum materials are 100% recyclable and made from one of the most sustainable materials in the world. Móz produces its aluminum panels in a solar-powered Bay Area factory, another element of an active effort to reduce their carbon footprint throughout the manufacturing process.
Designers can pair colorways with Laser Cut, Engravings, or Corrugated metal for a more customized application. Móz can transform their materials into a variety of products, including columns, dividers, walls, and exteriors. The metal materials are also made to withstand high-traffic settings such as lobbies, schools, airports, and shopping centers, adding the appeal of aged elements without maintenance or weight. Solid core aluminum sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from .040" to .125” [ASTM B209]. Corrugated options are made from solid core aluminum available in .040” sheets. Perforated aluminum is available in .063” sheets with ⅛” to ½” diameter holes. Standard sheet sizes for solid aluminum are 48" by 96" and 120", corrugated are 44-1/2" by 96 and 120", perforated are 48" by 120", and laser cut are 48"x96". Móz’s standard sheets can also be engraved with 14 standard patterns or customized to fit any design aesthetic.
The new colorways, a harmonious fusion of earth tones and celestial shades, speak to the unique character of each park while providing designers with a lightweight, easy-to-use metal material.
