Working surface expert, Springboard, proudly introduces Archyi, a new collection of collaboration tools that embrace the hybrid working and learning environment. As the lines between home and office continue to blur, Archyi accommodates the evolving workplace with collapsible easels, textured cork partitions, wooden mobile boards, and more. Whether they’re placed in contemporary conference rooms, home offices, or job sites, Archyi offers design-forward opportunities to put ideas on display.

“There’s been a major shift in the traditional functions of home and office,” says Kirby Rea, Springboard’s Director of Marketing and Sales. “Archyi fills the void of the new hybrid working and living environment. Our vision is to create inspiring tools that broaden the idea of the workplace while improving the instruments you need to make ideas happen.”

Building on Springboard’s existing line of award-winning glass boards, Archyi presents new, honest materials like wood, leather, cork, and OSB to Springboard’s material family and new shapes like three-dimensional mobile boards and writable tables. The collection launches with two new working surfaces, PICO and MULTI, inspiring creativity and connectivity with efficient design and unexpected materials.

PICO is a portable, flat-pack easel that comes to life without any hardware or assembly tools needed. Imagined with architects and designers in mind, PICO’s three-piece, easy-to-build design brings a unique, tactile experience to the brainstorming process and can be easily stored when not in use. “PICO’s toolless assembly and structural integrity results from its expert design and engineering,” says Rea. “It’s an interesting design feature, like putting together Lincoln Logs or Legos.”

Composed of birch plywood legs and a brown leather back strap, PICO offers richness and warmth to working and learning spaces, whether it’s at the kitchen table, a home office, job site, or in a conference room. Like many of Springboard’s products, PICO’s natural materials can be stripped down and reused at end-of-life. “We considered our social responsibility when designing PICO so our clients wouldn’t have to worry about what’s going to happen at the end of its life,” says Rea.

PICO comes in W X 685 mm H X 1800 mm ( 27” W X 71” H). Its dry-erase surface comes with a five-year warranty and is available with a four-week lead time.

MULTI’s organic writing surface brings unexpected texture to the workplace. Designed with 15 mm-thick Oriented Standard Board (OSB)—a strong engineered wood commonly used in building projects—Springboard transforms a standard, everyday product into a dynamic conversation piece. MULTI’s rugged OSB material brings an industrial feel to any working environment and doubles as an unconventional writing surface. Washed in a proprietary coating, MULTI’s OSB panel is dry-erase-ready, while its galvanized steel legs and casters make it a durable mobile collaboration tool.

“MULTI’s OSB board takes something typically used in construction and brings it to working surfaces,” says Rea. “It’s a common material used in an uncommon way.”

As MULTI’s name suggests, it’s a multi-functional tool with three add-on features—dry-erase metal panels with magnetic capabilities, attachable paper rolls, flipcharts, and calendars—customizing any collaborative experience. Plus, MULTI doubles as a mobile partition for safe distancing in open workspaces.

MULTI’s OSB panel is 1,830 mm (72”) tall and comes in two widths, 1,500 mm and 1,800mm (59” and 71”). MULTI is available with a four-week lead time.
