emuamericas Unveils Café Collection of Seating Solutions
emuamericas has launched the Café Collection, a new EMU line designed by renowned French designer Christophe Pillet. This versatile and stylish collection includes side chairs, armchairs, and barstools, offering a sophisticated yet minimal solution for a variety of commercial spaces.
Crafted with precision and care, Café is offered in 16 color options that allow for personalized combinations in any setting. Whether used in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or private spaces, the chairs bring a modern elegance to any environment, with a classic taste that is reflected in the chairs’ clean lines and refined proportions.
One of the standout features of Café is the ergonomic design that prioritizes both comfort and performance. The chairs are engineered with a concave-shaped seat, molded from sheet metal to ensure optimal comfort. The backrest is also meticulously shaped, with the sheet metal contouring to the natural curve of the back.
Functionality is at the heart of this design, with the collection offering impressive stackability—the chairs can stack up to eight units high, making them ideal for spaces that require flexibility and efficient storage. The chairs' innovative design also includes a reduced floor footprint and a shallow backrest depth, making them particularly well-suited for high-turnover, high-traffic contract applications.
Another unique feature is the exclusive EMU pattern of expanded metal sheet, which not only adds to the collection's visual appeal but also ensures durability and easy maintenance.
"Café Collection offers a modern yet timeless design that delivers both aesthetic beauty and superior performance," said Dan Cordova, marketing manager at emuamericas. “This new collection also offers the versatility needed for different users and environments.”
The Café Collection debuted at BDNY earlier this month in New York City. It will be available for order through emuamericas' authorized dealers and distributors. Café will be stocked as a quick-ship selection in three finishes—White, Black, and Ocean Green—starting in Spring 2025.
